Federal Workers’ Compensation

Ms. Uliase represents injured workers who qualify under the federal workers’ compensation coverage program for benefits and injury compensation from on-the-job injuries and accidents. She provides thoughtful guidance for those injured employees who must follow special guidelines under the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP) and administered by the U.S. Department of Labor.
